Doesn't seem as if "stand off" is the appropriate title. The boy appears slouched as if he is intimidated. His hands are very close to his body as if he is afraid she is going to hurt him with a punch. It also appears as if he is afraid of making a punch or a kick.
By contrast the woman has an fearless look on her face. There is great determination and focus in her look. The eyes incredibly intense, the body language highly intense as well - she is obviously about to launch a power punch with a follow up and a kick as well. The old one-two with a kick. Her posture is not slouched at all but is geared up for a massive attack. Her right leg is raised and he doesn't really know if it's going to be a kick or a punch. And she looks incredibly confident. She likely knows she has won the fight even before it begins. He's in BIG trouble and she know it - what's worse is that he knows it, too.
Nope. Not a stand off. A clear and thoroughly convincing victory to be had.
I have added this great art work to my favorites for its many great merits.
